Policy - Booking Terms & Conditions
All patients must be 18 years or older.
Photographic ID must be shown if it is your first appointment with us, to prove your age.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient for any reason.

Cancellation & Deposit policy - A £20 none refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment with Excellence Aesthetics & this is then deducted from the final cost of the treatment on the day.

Your deposit is taken whilst booking your appointment via our booking system. Deposits are strictly non-refundable, however you can reschedule your appointment as long as 48hr notice is given.
You can change your appointment by visiting our booking system.

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will loose your deposit and a further £20 will need to be paid in order to secure another appointment.
